【大紀元2017年05月05日訊】（大紀元記者施萍紐約報導）「我從2000年來美就跟著聯邦小商業部（SBA）的活動，受益匪淺。」在昨天（5月4日）聯邦小商業部舉辦的「第三屆國際B2B論壇」上，從事醫療事業的王南希操著一口標準的普通話說

王南希說，我只要有空就參加SBA的培訓，在反覆聽課的過程中找到了很多自己需要的東西。

在成功舉辦了兩屆國際貿易論壇後，這是SBA第三次主辦同樣的活動。參加人數也從前兩屆的500人上升到了800多人。同時，有41個政府機構設攤位，34個業內專家講座。與會者可在「如何開創公司」、「如何發展公司」以及「如何擴展國際業務」等主題中做出自己的選擇。

今年最特別的是，SBA邀請了來自包括南非、土耳其、中國等十個國家的貿易機構代表，與紐約小生意企業主討論如何在這些國家做生意。

「這裡最重要的是資訊，這對小商業業主非常關鍵。」王南希說。「你必須得有和政府銜接的、可以掌控的東西，來調整你自己的商業計畫。只商業計畫這一項，我一年就寫兩次，這樣才能讓公司可持續性發展。」

到場論壇的華人除了資深的小商業主，還有想開公司的新人。于先生興奮地走出論壇所在地Ted Weiss聯邦大樓，嘴裡直說「有收穫、有收穫」，他說他在如何融資、如何繳稅方面都獲得了有用的訊息。

曼哈頓商業圖書館 小商業主「必需去」

參加論壇的很多都是SBA的合作機構。其中比較最引人注目的一家是「科學工商圖書館」（the Science，Industry and Business Library，簡稱SIBL或商業圖書館）。圖書館外聯專家艾斯卡蘭迪（Helena Escalante）介紹說，在紐約市92個公立圖書館當中，88個是社區圖書館，另外4個是資源中心。他們「商業圖書館」就是這四個資源中心的一個。同時，他們也是SBA的合作夥伴，是小商業主必需去的地方。

「圖書館有獨一無二的資源供小商業主享用。」她說。「我們有全美和全球任何行業、任何領域的名錄，你可以了解你的行業狀況、市場情況、潛在合作夥伴以及競爭對手。」

比如你要開個三明治小吃店，開在哪裡最合適？SBA紐約經濟發展專員郭曼麗說：「我們華人都不習慣做市場調查，在開店之前不了解那個地區的社區、人口組成，有多少華人，多少個同類商家等，這些信息都可以在商業圖書館中查到。
